Based upon the premise that freedom is maintained through the knowledge and understanding of our legal systems, both the Coalition and PAC Groups serve as educational institutions. The difference is in focus. People of the states in the American Union gain the grounding in constitutional law that they need to become politically aware from the Coalition site.

Political awareness is achieved when people understand that their constitutional rights and liberties have been stolen by the current political system. Once Americans become aware that they are nationals of a union of countries, they can reestablish the vision of their forefathers. From their first movement towards freedom, the Founding Fathers kept repeating: all men are free equals and that every state has the right to self-governance irrespective of their voluntary membership in a union.

Through PAC Groups, individuals within the many union states can organize for learning activities as well as to reclaim their rights as "The People" of those states.
